Beds.
The bugs! in the room, and the drugs smell in the halls.
There were 8
live cockroaches in a plastic bag and gave them to the manager, I and complained about the weed smoke smell in the hall ways and they didn't do anything about it! And the still charged me full price, and all they told me was sorry.

Convenience, was close to a lot of amenities. Pool & Jacuzzi.
The men on staff was rude.
Enjoyed my stay, it was perfect for what I was in town for. Was a biker friendly place. As a woman biker that was important! Woman at front desk was pleasant. Continental breakfast could have been a little better, fruit was a little over ripe. But overall ok.

Nice hotel, well maintained.
They charge their guests $14 per day to park in their hotel.
I think it is disgusting that this hotel charges its own guests $14 per day to park their cars in the parking lot. I can see charging non-hotel guests for this convenience, but to charge hotel guests, who are already paying to stay at the hotel an additional $14 per day for the privilege of parking at the hotel is highway robbery at best. Hotels should not charge their own guests to park at the hotel. It's like charging a houseguest to park in your driveway. It's stupid. If they are going to do that, they should just add an extra $14 to the room rate and call it a day. read more

Desk clerk was friendly and helpful.
Towels were inadequate; refrigerator did not work.
I was disappointed. There were only two thin bath towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel (this was for two people). The refrigerator did not work. I would not stay there again.

The free continental breakfast was great.
We asked housekeeping to come back later and they never did! We had no clean towels!
Overall, our stay was great. It was in a good location, we saved money with the free breakfast and my family was comfortable in the room. I would have been perfect if housekeeping had cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels!

Location.
It was filthy.
The linens in the hotel were completely stained in three different rooms. The bed blankets were full of cigarette burns. Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Windows were stained with a tar-like substance.

It had a room available.
It smelt bad. The bed was uncomfortable, bedding was itchy.
Do not stay unless you are desperate. It did seem safe. But it had a low level of comfort.

Good breakfast.
Lock broken; could not leave the room unoccupied.
Potentially good, but broken locks and lack of enough linen was a drawback.

Can't think of anything.
Dirty, and dated.
Our bed and more creaks in it than a haunted castle. There was an inch of water still in the bottom of the bath tub when we arrived. The hand rails and the tops of short walls appeared to have not been cleaned in who knows how long. We arrived late and needed to call for directions which the person that answered the phone was very helpful with.
