Pool was not open and
rooms were stuffy.

Meet our needs as far as a place to sleep after long days in DC. Pool was not open and we had very hot days.

Location from DC was a bit far.

Hotel was clean. We really only used it for sleeping after long days of being in DC.

Proximity to eating establishments.
Bed/mattress was getting saggy.

Good location slightly off the main drag and 2-3 miles from Huntington Metro Station, which has ample parking. Rooms standard for the genre.

the fridge worked poorly and they are building right next door

nice small motel, staff is friendly, and I like they provide breakfast in small lobby and have a staff member serving the breakfast meal. I didn't like being next to a construction site next door
