Not in walking distance from everything.

Nice clean and cheap hotel in relatively close driving distance to many destinations in the Pasadena and east LA areas.

Clean, newly remodeled, nice bed and pillows.

Overall, hotel was clean and newly remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult to access with weekend crowd. Would use again if we had a smaller car.

The room was bigger than expected.
The pool was tiny. Location isn't thrilling but it's convenient.

Great hotel, especially if you don't mind not having a view. The room itself was roomy and the front desk staff was really nice.

Bathroom fixtures.

Not a fancy hotel, but did not expect it to be. Hotel was convenient to downtown Pasadena, room quiet (even though close to freeway) and clean. Shower fixture difficult to work and unclear whether this was design or something needing repair. Hotel staff friendly and attentive. Called after check-in to determine if any problems. Breakfast (continental) slightly better than average, although hot Vienna sausages in pot with greasy looking water were not something even wanted to try. read more

Location to racetrack and cleanliness.
Breakfast was weak.

This hotel far surpased our expectations. We attended santa anita racetrack and the location was down the street in a good nieghborhood. We extended our stay the hotel met our needs. Plenty of resturant closeby in Downtown Pasedena.did not notice traffic noise on first floor.

I was really impressed with the room and staff.
Parking was a little difficult.

The room was clean, nice wet bar, very clean. Perfect for someone who is traveling and wants something affordable but clean. The staff was absolutely amazing they helped us located the hotel at midnight when we were coming back from the wedding. Great experience and it was close to everything.

It was pleasant and clean. I liked that it had 2 additional chairs.
Recent repairs had not been done very well - not attractive.

It was fine for the price.
