The friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Although we had a smoking room, it did not smell bad. It was clean and comfortable. I like that they accept pets as I always travel with my dog. The free breakfast is very delicious. I plan to stay there again and again.

Location. Close to Dells without being "too close" to the Dells. Nice quiet town to retreat to when done with the thourist trap that is the Dells.

Great hotel to stay in if you are looking for a nice place to stay with a complmentary breakfast. Close enough to the Wisconsin Dells if you want to spend some time there, yet far enough away from the Dells if you like your quiet time.

Refrigerator in each room was good.
Rooms were very dry in winter.
Curtains interfere with operation of fan. Room atmosphere was very dry due to winter cold. Breakfast was mostly starch and sugars.

Clean and convenient, staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
Front desk person was friendly and helpful. She provided a great recommendation to a local restaurant that was family friendly, not too pricy, and had excellent food. Hotel was clean and well maintained. We would stay there again.

The in room hot tub was enormous, breakfast includes fresh waffles, it was quiet and clean.
There is nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.
This hotel is fantastic! If you can get one of the rooms with the hot tub. It's enormous! The hotel pool and hot tub are both very nice, but there's nothing like sitting in your own room in a hot tub, and the price is barely more than the regular room! They have a waffle maker - the continental breakfast that so many hotels disappoint with is fantastic here! Hot waffles, fresh fruit and donuts, great coffee, free newspaper. If you want to visit Wisconsin Dells, do not stay there - stay just down the street in Reedsburg at this absolutely clean, quiet and friendly gem! read more

Convenient, friendly.
Continental breakfast was very poor.
Hotel was in a great location and rooms are easily accessible. Staff is very friendly and rooms were very clean. The facility is newer and in great shape.

First floor rooms, refrigerator and microwave in all rooms.
Wireless Internet didn't work, had to pay extra for area family to swim with us.
Certainly a clean, comfortable hotel with a adequate service and accommodations for the price. I stay there at least once per year when visiting family.
