Room was clean, bed was great, bathroom was fine.
Stayed 2 nights, first night, room AC didn't work right, changed rooms, AC still didn't work well but it was a cool night, opened the window.

This hotel was adequate for my needs. It's located at a freeway exit, so it's convenient and easy to find. There's virtually nothing within walking distance. But it's proximity to Ann Arbor is a big plus and restaurants and food stores are within easy driving distances.

Very clean.
Cold pool.

Overall a very nice hotel. Still under construction in some areas. Breakfast was ok, could have been a bit more. I wish the hotels would get together on what a "continental" breakfast actually consists of. They are all different.

Very neat and clean, and the rooms had updated extras like 42 inch TV and great showers.
They forgot to put any coffee supples in the room with the coffee maker.

The hotel was clean and updated the staff is very curious and the rooms and facilities were all we could want. the rooms had the latest in updated equipment and the showers were strong enough to help one relax. the breakfast had a reasonable selection of items (continental) including a waffle maker and they were good.

They provided shuttle service at convenient times and locations.

The staff was very helpful in helping me to get around and minimize the driving i had to do. I also got to make my own waffle at the continental breakfast, a fun little treat

Clean, friendly, very convenient for my needs at that time.
Needs to be redecorated carpet stained, furniture old, needs a refrigerator in the room.

If carpet and furniture were updated this would be a 4 star hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Very convenient for the tennis tournament that we were attending. Good shopping and restaurants. I would stay here again but would really like to have a refrigerator in the room.

The continental breakfast waffles were great. I also recommend the Jacuzzi room.
The noise in the hallway in the morning was disturbing - and it was the staff, not the other residents.

The bed was comfortable, and the room met our expectations completely. Breakfast was great, too.

Dark.

Decent place that had seen better days. Could use some updating wireless Internet in rooms. Not bad, not great, either.
