Located very near Biltmore Estate (tickets sold), Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville Mall, downtown Asheville and Black Mountain. Useful coin laundry and FREE outdoor pool with mountain view, fitness center, newspaper and evening cookies. Many fine restaurants surround the hotel and mall. Pet fee is $20/day. AC didn't keep the room cool enough & was a little loud.

If you are looking for a hotel next door to the Biltmore that will accommodate a large family this probably isn't the hotel for you. Otherwise I will definitely stay here again. The hotel is easy to get to from I-40 & the rooms were clean. It was very comfortable for 2 people & probably would be fine for 4 if you get along well. It was well worth the price as far as I am concerned. read more

I liked their personal service/breakfast..
Small rooms/closets.

I would recommend the hotel, it’s nice for the price I booked for. The breakfast bar was nice, although it has a small lobby to have breakfast in and usually very full in the mornings. My husband and I enjoyed it. The room didn't have that funny smell that other rooms have.

My mattress was broken on the side, and I put a folded blanket under it so I wouldn't rool off the bed.

Would not rebook. If you want a nice room choose comfort inn. Much better for money.
