This Arden hotel is minutes from area attractions like the North Carolina Arboretum, the Asheville Urban Trail and the Biltmore Estate. Harrah's Casino and Chimney Rock Park are 45 minutes away. Visitors will enjoy nearby recreational activities like horseback riding and white water rafting. A variety of restaurants are located in the surrounding area. Lobby and pool/fitness area neat and clean.
Smoking room horrendous, not enough non-smoking rooms.

Staff a bit rude on check in when asked if a non-smoking room had come available (a 'you got what you booked' attitude). However, different staff on Sunday did accommodate a room change to non-smoking, so my spouse who has asthma did get sleep the second night. No hairdryer in room had to be picked up from the front desk. Would not use this hotel again.

Indoor pool area was relaxing.

My family enjoyed staying here. The indoor pool was very nice. The hotel staff was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Indoor pool, friendly staff, good location and clean.
They rented out the pool to a local person who threw a pool/birthday party for their 8-10 year old daughter. The pool was unusable for a day.

I liked the Deluxe continental breakfast. I also liked the indoor pool.
I could hear a dog barking in a neighboring room.

Overall, it was great.
