Attached restaurant, excellent breakfast bar!
Dirty old comb on hotel floor, loud neighbors doing karaoke.

The breakfast bar is excellent with hot scrambled eggs, yogurt, granola bars and more! The room was alright, nothing to get excited about. They happened to be doing construction to make the pool an indoor one-sorry we missed that! We found a dirty old comb on the floor. But overall it was fine.

Rooms were clean and perfect as we were just in town for the concert which was within walking distance. The hotel had a shuttle to transport to and from the concert as well. Hotel restaurant was open late so we could get a meal after the concert, even on a week night.

The location was the best thing about this hotel.
The room was disgusting, the entire hotel was outdated and the facilities were awful.

While the location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, that is the only thing that this Holiday Inn has to offer. The entire hotel is outdated, and our particular room was completely disgusting. The carpet was worn and grimy, the mattresses were stained, and the toilet would not flush. I would never stay here again.

I really enjoyed the staff in the restaurant that was in the hotel.
The breakfast could of been a little tastier it was bland.

Overall it was a very nice stay.

The breakfast was really gross.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, with a pool, gym and room service you can't go wrong. My room was near the ice machine which was not great at there was a lot of noise when people were getting ice but over all I would stay there again for sure!

Complimentary breakfast was not enjoyable, room service menu was outdated.

This hotel was quiet, clean and convenient for my business stay in Wilkes Barre. Having a restaurant for room service was a new experience, and although the menu I had was outdated, the staff was polite and helpful. I would have preferred getting my meal on a tray with real silverware instead of a take out container with plastic, though that may not be realistic given the layout of the hotel. read more

I couldn't beat the price! It was great for spending only one night!

This hotel was great to stay in New Year's Eve because my friends and I were not trying to sleep. I wouldn't recommend it for staying more than one or two nights. It did the job though and I really wouldn't complain.

Good staff, good breakfast included good gym facility.
Noisy neighbors.

Easy to get around in Wilkes-Barre from this location. Always found parking in vicinity of my room. Smoking rooms available.
