Disappointed. Staff was not accommodating. Three people in a suite room, only 2 sets of towels. When asked for a 3rd set was told they didn't have any - on a night with less than half the rooms occupied. Pull-out sleeper sofa did not have sheets, asked for sheets, given only 1 and told we couldn't have a second sheet. HUH?? Room was clean and nice, but will not stay at this hotel again. read more

The room was fairly clean but attention not paid to cleaning details. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The lobby area was pleasant and comfortable. The location was good for us, close to everything yet isolated enough for quite and comfort.

The smoking room was the only option that I could find. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The owners and employees were very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and very well kept. There was some wear damage on furniture, ceilings, etc, but nothing too significant or distracting. There was no DVD player.

Overall, it was a nice experience. My friends and I had a good time catching up.

The facility is showing some age and/or the effects of low maintenance, although it was kept clean. Desk staff was unable to give clear directions--whether because of a language barrier or just that some people are directionally challenged, I do not know. The housekeeper was the only person who engaged in something like a conversation with me; desk personnel kept it to a minimum, and no one was even at the desk when I first arrived (early-afternoon). Other than housekeeping--whom I have praise for--staff gave the impression of being too busy, too indifferent, or unable to communicate effectively. The rooms were quiet and fresh towels were supplied even when I did not need them. It was an adequate experience for me, but had my family been with me, it would have been less so.

The two room suite was convenient, as we traveled with adult son. The continental breakfast was skimpy.

Upon arrival, the first room we were shown had someone else's suitcases in it! The second room had a broken toilet. Finally, we found the third room to be satisfactory. At breakfast, the coffee had not been made by 8 am (they had yesterday's coffee in the pot). At around 11 pm on our second night, we heard loud rattling of our door. Was someone trying to break in? Yes! The manager! But he never identified himself. A few minutes later, our phone rang and it was the manager asking for our last name. Apparently they had not noted which room we were in and they had to update their computer at a very late hour. Obviously, these people do not know how to manage a hotel. read more

Good value, good location, rooms were very clean and the suite had a lot of room. Staff was friendly.
