Hot breakfast items in the complimentary continental breakfast. Manager's Reception Tuesday and Thursday including complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks along with snacks. Staff was extremely accommodating, providing us with breakfast even after we missed it in the morning.
The hallways and entrance foyer smelled like stale smoke.

The hallway leading to our room stank of smoke, our room was very clean and smelled great! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing breakfast for us when we had missed it, and calling cabs for us. Furthermore, they had a small office with free printing which was extremely convenient and a nice surprise! The continental breakfast was above and beyond my expectations. read more

Clean, free WiFi, friendly staff, and simple breakfast.
Outside lighting was
shining through at night.

We were in Durham for a medical visit at Duke. Hotel was in convenient location and clean. Room equipped with free WiFi, microwave, small fridge, & coffee pot. Would stay again and would recommend for short stays.

Not enough single woman to talk with.

Very friendly staff.
Lobby locked until 5AM.-Bathroom tub no hand holds. Tub no standubg surface.

Impressed with the assistance give by the staff. The rooms were clean and adequate. The tubs had no non-slip in the bottom/no hand holds and no soap dish.

There was a refrigerator and microwave in room. Staff gave directions to attractions.
Had to go outside to get to room.

This hotel had great staff that were willing to give us driving directions to everywhere. They were very friendly.

Smell of gasoline in room after staff blew leaves in the parking lot.

It's just ok. This was the second time we stayed there. Next trip down to NC I will stay some where else.

Hot/cold water faucet in bath mislabeled.

The bottom line is I would stay here again.

Nice place in a good location.
The desk person did not return my driver's license until prompted.

This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great location to visit Duke University.
