For the price it is acceptable.
The room air-conditioning was a wall unit and was hard getting room comfortable.

The hotel staff was great, I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. My, overall, experience was satisfactory.

Supposed to be non-smoking, instead they just air freshened.

It was good as a place to crash. I didn't spend any time there other than to shower and fall asleep. Wouldn't recommend it if you were going to stay an extended time. Not bad for what it is.

No Internet provided heating and cooling system.

No internet access was provided after contacting technical support I was asked to disable my fire wall and pop blockers to gain internet access. An unacceptable request; I have never had this problem before they must be operating on an antiquated system. The place is seedy and other patrons look seedy. Not a place I felt comfortable.

The staff.
Hard to figure out how to get wireless access.

The staff was some of the most competent and accommodating that I have found -- excellent. This includes the restaurant staff. The room was ok -- nothing special, but reasonable. Instructions on using the wireless were detailed but left out key information, and the helpline was a voicemail message, costing me over an hour to get on-line.
