Located just minutes from Old Salem, Reynolda House and Gardens, and many area businesses such as Wake Forest, University Baptist Medical Center, Krispy Kreme, Sara Lee, BB and T and Reynolds America. Nearby universities and colleges include Wake Forest, Winston-Salem State, Salem College and the NC School of the Arts. Forsyth Hospital is located directly across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the room issues.
Toilet didn't work, bathroom was dirty and the wallpaper was coming off. No where to park because of the bar customers.

the staff was superb!! the room was clean and quiet.
Got a bad mattress 1st night, in middle of changing out mattresses in hotel.

The staff was excellent!! The room was great; especially for the money. Very convenient to most locations. Got a bad mattress the 1st night-hotel staff gladly switched us the 2nd night to a room with new mattress. Hotel in process of updating all mattresses in hotel. would definitely stay again!!

Nothing, it was awful.
Bugs in room, mold on walls, no parking near my room.

There was mold on the walls, roaches in my room, I had to park far from my room(the other side of the building ) staff didn't seem concerned of my complaint of the mold on the walls, beds was damp,my room was not cleaned well, soap scum in tub and dried something on the faucet in bathroom, and it smelled horrible. I will never stay there again.
