The breakfast was wonderful and the staff excellent.
The lobby smelled of raw sewage.

We were pleased with our stay. The pool area was a little cramped for the kids and the lobby had a foul odor. But the stay all in all was nice.

Breakfast buffet was good.
Dirty, no hot water.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. After arriving, the check-in process took longer than normal. A few days later I found that I had been double charged for my room. Outside of our room, the floors were dirty, the walls were scuffed and scratched, and ceiling tiles were missing right outside of our door. Our non-smoking room stank of cigarettes. The room was on the corner only a few feet from the street, and there was a lot of noise at night from passing cars. The external door at the end of our wing had a broken lock, and anyone off the street could walk right in. The worst part was, when we tried to take a shower at 9:00 am, there was no hot water left! Never again! read more

Very good continental breakfast selections.
Pool seemed okay the day we were there.

A good, basic hotel with all the things you need on a trip.

Continental Breakfast was excellent.
Kids running up and down the hall were a bit loud.

Overall, our stay was excellent.

Close to good restaurants, shopping, and Interstate highways.
Bathroom set-up was not efficient.

The morning breakfast provided by the hotel was one of the best I've had. Beds were okay. Overall, a good experience. We did not need a full service a resort on this trip. This hotel served our needs for a decent bed, hot shower, and convenient location.

Very quiet hotel.
Room was not very clean.

The hotel was nice, quiet, and easily accessible. The room needed to be cleaned better (carpet and floor quite dirty).

I like the conveniences in the room including blow dryer, coffee pot, shampoo, conditioner and iron with an ironing board.
I did not like the smell of dogs in the lobby and there wasn't an ice machine on the room floor.

The hotel is difficult to find and is tucked back from the road in a maze of side streets. You have to use another motel's drive way entrance to get to it which made it hard to find. In addition, the lobby and elevator smelled like animals which was a little overwhelming to the senses. Also, the pillows in the room flatten out when you sleep on them. However, it was a clean room with plenty of towels and wash cloths and the amenities are nice including the coffee pot, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. Note that there aren't any ice machines on the floors except on the main floor. Bottom line, it's good for a place to sleep overnight but believe it's overrated since this is at best an economy hotel. read more
