Quality Inn & Suites Indianapolis

Plan on going back .

Price was high as if it was a sell out because of an event going on in the city but it shouldn't of been that high of a price.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful. We found that what we needed in our room was okay. This was a very convenient location for our needs. Basically, it was okay for one night away from home.

The hotel was fairly nice and
it was kept clean.

The staff was smoking pot in the rooms when we came in. I stood at the counter for an hour to check in. The free internet wouldn't work in my room. I was overall disappointed.

Nice place to stay if you like a bed that has the headboard hanging off the wall by nails! Got plenty of rest because I couldn't work do to intermittent poor wireless connection.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not familiar with the area, and they gave advice where restaurants were located. The room was reasonably clean, but the room did smell of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the couch, the floor, and in the bed linens.

The worker were very nice. Room was to hot. As for breakfast was not worth even eating. The fruit which was 1 apple didn't even look good. I left my alarm clock and they were to bill my charge card an send it to me I have not gotten it yet. I hope they send it cause it was my dads and he died two years ago.

Breakfast needed more utensils and bowls. Exercise room needed more heat and the treadmill needs a tune-up. Room doors and trim need painting. Parking lot was spacious. Wifi worked well.
