Staff was friendly. The AC was SO loud I could not sleep with it on, yet my husband was feeling so hot he could not sleep with it off. There were bugs in the room, including roaches. There was no fridge or microwave. The hair dryer didn't work. The mattress was very hard and the pillows looked thick but when you put your head on them they were actually very thin.

Location and convenience.
Refrigerator and microwave had one pulg-in for the two of them.

Overall the stay was excellent and will travel there again.

No pool.

Our children were looking forward to swimming and there was no pool. They said we could have used the pool next door at their sister hotel, but it was not filled with water.

It has a very friendly atmosphere.
It did not have a microwave and fridge.

This is a nice hotel, located in a fairly safe place and the staff is very accommodating.

Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating.
My room was listed as non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The hotel changed rooms for me but also smelled strongly of smoke.

Overall met my needs. Non smoking rooms smelled strongly of smoke. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very friendly and it was close to the coliseum.
The mattress was hard, the pillow was nasty, and the room was awful.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It was certainly not worth the price. The mattress in our room was hard and the pillows worn out. There were no trash cans in the room. We left our pillow there and when we went back to get it they didn't have any idea where it was. We had a very bad experience. Right before bed, I broke out in a rash and had to take a shower to stop itching. read more

Convenience of location.
Overpriced for quality of motel/location.

Good location for function I was attending--staff was friendly; heating unit was not functioning in assigned room, staff immediately moved us to another room without problems.

Hated the quality of the toilet paper, and needed more than one small trash can.

Easy to get to. Very neat and clean. Front desk staff very polite.

The overall cleanliness, etc. Mold in the shower, holes in the walls, multiple wall anchors, no alarm clock.

I expected more from a Quality Inn. The clerk behind the counter had 3 to 4 children that were obviously her family, swimming in the pool next door. Later when my husband went down to get change for the soda machine, she was talking to a personal friend and ignored my husband until he finally interrupted. She said she didn't have five ones for his $5 bill. Other than the overall old, drab and run-down appearance and the bad service. I guess it was ok. read more
