Quality Inn & Suites

The hotel staff was very friendly but everything else was completely unclean, out-dated, and worn. As soon as you walked in the door the carpet was all tore at the doorway and was not swept in days. Old food from someone else in the fridge that was left behind, Bathroom floors were not swept or mopped(there was someone else hair on the floor). Samples of shampoo were old and gross, no creamer or sugar samples with the coffee in the room. The chair that went with the desk was old and worn and broke. Beds were small, definitely not room for 2 adults. I really was not impressed with the dining room either, heat was on, very stuffy and food did not look that good either especially after seeing tons of kids hands in it either. Pool was clean and presentable. Would never stay there again, I feel as packed as they were some of that money could be used to update the rooms and make them more presentable. read more

People at desk very helpful, have season tickets, would like to stay each time we go to race.

It was okay if you do not have high expectations.

The staff was great even though they were very busy. The room was nice with more amenities than I expected for a fairly low price. The only Downside is that the parking lot had very poor lighting. Its in a safe area of town, though, so it was not much of a concern.

A functional hotel with a decent bed and shower which was both what I needed and expected that it had a window that opened to let in real air was a bonus.

This hotel room was clean, fresh and convenient. They had directions to ETSU all typed and handy on a card. The best part was they had some healhty choices on the breakfast bar!!!!Staff was friendly. Good value!

Good location, recent upgrades are obvious.

The room was smaller than I expected and furnishings were a little shabby. The carpet had a funky smell.

The hotel was a very nice hotel. The hotel and room were clean and the staff friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

Very good property. Get up real early to eat breakfast or you won't find room in the dining room. Otherwise, a very good experience.
