The hot tub was awesome.
Our late check out wasn't honored by the housekeeping staff.

Great hotel for the price. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing.

Comfort of the beds were really unexpectedly nice.
Not enough fruit variety at breakfast.

Staff was friendly and inviting. Room was clean and spacious. Love the fridge and microwave in room. Conveniently off the freeway.

Staff was wonderful and felt like in a safe place.

Hotel was exceptional. Very clean. Well lit. Staff at desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. We will definitely have this as the hotel of choice when in Lubbock visiting the grand baby.
