It had a decent breakfast.
Needs to be updated. Heat & air units especially.

In the first room, air conditioning didn't work properly. Front desk staff moved us to another room. Insisted us to pack up all our things and come to the lobby for room reassignment. We were given another room with two doors down the hall from the one we were in. Manager should have at least brought a new key to the room or offered some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. read more

The staff! First time in Nashville and they told us where to go and how to get there
Neighborhood was questionable but at least close to Interstate

Staff excellant and helpful. Better then usual continental brakfast. Easy on and off to the Interstate. Room clean. I would stay there again.

It was close to downtown.
Not a great neighborhood.

Overall, pretty good if all you are doing is sleeping there. Otherwise , probably wouldn't go and stay for more than one night.

This hotel was terrible. Just to get to the elevator, you had to walk down a long inclined hallway. The room itself was old and dilapidated. The furniture was the same way and dirty and stained. I have stayed at other Quality Inn and Suites and they were nothing like this one.

Location, neighborhood kind of rough.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff and very close to interstate.

It's a location to Nashville area I went to, the courteous behavior and help from the staff and its cleanliness.

This is an excellent place to stay for travelers or business people to stay and have ready access to downtown Nashville. I found the staff helpful and courteous and the room clean and comfortable.
