The staff was extremely friendly and indoor room access.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Indoor corridor access to rooms. Suites
were very romantic, have sliding door access to pool and hot tub.

Easy access to interstate.
Old mattresses outside my door and they kept them there my whole stay at the hotel.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, they aloud pets, room service didn't not clean my room on 1 day manager took off the charge for our pet. Their continental breakfast left something to be desired. Pool and hot tub smelled funny not like chlorine, sauna didn't work, Sand volleyball court was overgrown and looks like it hasn't been played on in years. It did look like they were replacing mattresses. Hotel has a lot of potential but definitely needs some upkeep to the extras like the continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, sauna, etc. read more

When using the hottub it was a very difficult to get into the hottub. Once in it wasn't real clean.

The hotel was fine but the pool area was not real clean. A computer that was in the main lobby was for the public but for some reason they couldn't get a server to respond on their network.

Nice service and adequate room.
A little dusty in areas and no elevator to use.
