We offer FREE deluxe continental breakfast, FREE high speed Internet access, business center, and fitness center. Non-smoking rooms and executive suites are available. We have select rooms with microwave and refrigerator, iron and ironing board, 25 inch color TV with cable including HBO, ESPN and CNN. We are just minutes from several major wineries. Pet Deposit: Refundable 50.00 deposit per stay. Pet Accommodation: 15.00 per stay per pet. Pet Limit: 1 pet per room/25 lbs or less. In room safe charge 1.50 per night. read more

Location was central.
Outdated, dirty, poor breakfast, maid kept shutting off air, everyday we had to go search for more towels, handicap room was moldy.

I have been to 4 or 5 quality inns before which have been much nicer that this one. I was expecting it to be the same but this one is not. Very poor.

One desk clerk was very helpful, upgraded me to a suite for good price.
Housecleaning staff came into my room without knocking 2 days.

friendly.

This was a great economy room. My mom and I shared a room with two beds. The rooms were clean and fresh-smelling (no smoke scent). I can't say enough good things about the front desk staff- they were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again if my travels take me to Santa Rosa.

The suite upgrade.
Main hotel was not the most attractive.

The staff was very friendly, I was given a suite upgrade upon arrive. The room was great. softest towels I have ever felt at a hotel.

Reasonable, basic accommodations. No frills.
Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was juice, coffee, sweet rolls and cereal toast and pancakes but staff should be more attentive to keeping breakfast supplies plentiful ran out of several items and took them awhile to replace. Breakfast room crowded at 8:30 am.
