Great staff, Great location, very convenient to the battlefield, good breakfast, 5:30 snacks.

We came to Vicksburg to see the Battlefield, but ended up seeing a lot more. This Hotel was right in the middle of everything, it couldn't have been more convenient. The desk staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was more than sufficient and easy to live in. It was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was very good. We would stay there again anytime. read more

Not clean, smoke came through the vent into our room.

The hotel wasn't ready for us when we got there after check-in time. Our room smelled and was dirty. The carpet was very stained. Noise penetrated the room easily, even arguments thought the vent into the bathroom. Smoke did the same. We just wanted to leave.

manager nice/informative, great location.
Cleaning staff apparently didn't mop and room needs maintenance.

Manager was very nice and informative about area. Great Location and very nice looking hotel. Room needed some maintenance especially bathroom and bathroom needed cleaning/mopping or new cleaning crew but overall was a nice room.

Pool closed, door didn't lock, light went out, smelled rundown.

The room was smelly, the drapes tattered. The lock did not work. The lights went out during the night. My son was freaking out. The pool was not open. We were very disappointed.
