This hotel was a good value and a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very accommodating.

Excellent for the price/location. Really a friendly staff. I would absolutely stay there again. Don't use it if you're into major luxury, but if you want a clean room, an excellent bed at a very reasonable price, this works well.

Good breakfast in mornings, friendly staff, and clean and quiet rooms.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. An ample free breakfast, including waffles, and a daily newspaper were provided each morning. The room was large with a comfortable king-sized bed, an easy chair, a desk, a table and chairs, a good-sized TV, a microwave, and a fridge. While the hotel is close to a busy thoroughfare the room was very quiet.

I want to shorten my stay from 3 nights to 1 night, when I called you, one of you employee answered: If the hotel willing to, I can modify for you, after I talked to the manager of the hotel, he agreed. Then I called you. Another guys answered: Impossible, you can't modify it. I was very angered with this.

Conveniently located near Great America with a hop onto 237 and off at the next exit. Not particularly romantic, but very clean, very comfortable and the price is good, excellent really, for what you get. They have a friendly staff, a pretty good continental breakfast, a small but clean pool and a very good fitness center. It is in a good location for the area, but if you are unfamiliar with the Silicon Valley you may need some directions to different places. The staff is very friendly and helpful in this regard. The only concern I had, and I made them aware of it, is that kids can reach through the fence and open the pool gate. So if you have small children, make sure you know where they are. read more
