Loved the place, clean, and a friendly personnel.
Housekeeping,
towels were dirty, I asked for clean ones, and the maid got upset.
The hotel itself was wonderful, front desk staff, restaurant staff were great, friendly and courteous. Housekeeping staff really needs to be evaluated and more friendly.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in the two weeks.
What a great surprise. The rooms were clean and we had a room facing the pool. It was quiet and the service was professional. This was the only hotel, including a hilton in Santa Fe that had a complimentary breakfast that was served at a table and prepared to order. We had a choice of two eggs, hash browns, toast and juice as well as coffee or tea. Other choices were also available. I was very satisfied and will be sure to return. read more

Our room opened up to the garden pool area. We enjoyed sitting at the umbrella table under the trees. Garden was beautiful.
Very good! We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great, gardens beautiful, and great location.

Indoor Jacuzzi.
Staff was rude.
Clean and decent - no choice of breakfast on the weekend and wait staff are all not happy to be there and it shows. If the staff would not be so rude and actually show up to help you at the table, the lines would not be so long.

Quiet location, peaceful.
Breakfast staff was a little surly some mornings.
Over a good value for the dollar. Room was clean and neat, not thread bear, but a little on the tired side. Could use some renovations and updates in the room. Breakfast was nice, but staff was not the most pleasant. Make sure to get there early, otherwise there may be a wait and less then excited staff. Would definitely stay there again if I am back in Taos.

Clean, good price, free hot breakfast.
Slight smell, but you don't notice it after a while - just when you first walk in the room.
Very good value. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Hot breakfast was good.

Friendly staff.
Mildew smell in rooms made me ill.
I was very disappointed with the mildew smell in the rooms. I even tried relocating to another room and it was also bad. It was obvious that there had been some ceiling water damages on the first floor rooms.

Rooms a bit shabby; beds are getting worn out.
Very friendly receptionists and cleaners. Everybody was happy with the choices of (free) cooked breakfast. The halls and stairs were a bit shabby and the bed was past its prime. But generally a very enjoyable stay.
