Free internet.
Old, outdated green carpet, smelled old & musty in hallway upstairs.
Would not stay in this hotel again. I had to call the front desk on 3 occasions to open my door because the key would not work. They said it might be the battery but they did not replace it, just dealt with me calling the many times and they would come up and open the door. I was offered no compensation upon checkout.

Carpets need to be cleaned. Wear shoes always.
Our room was comfortable and traveling with a 20 month old. Unfortunately, my one complaint about the room would have to be the carpets. Whenever anyone would walk around barefoot or in light colored socks, they would be filthy in no time. The staff was friendly but they were always short staffed and it was difficult to get any assistance because no one had the keys to get anything. The pool area was nice and my daughter loved it. read more

Easy to find.
No hot water!
Hotel was very clean, but our hall smelled like cigarette smoke. Decor was bright and updated. Linens were very plush and upscale. Breakfast buffet was simple cold fare. We require an ADA compliant room, and found it roomy enough for the wheelchair to get around with ease. That was the coldest shower I've ever taken, even using only the hot water faucet, wide open! I won't go back because of that alone. read more

The staff was so friendly and helpful and I liked the way the beds were made.
Can't think of anything.
I was impressed at the quality and service I received for the economical price I was charged. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The bathrooms were sparkling and well stocked. The beds were fresh and comfortable. I had to call the desk several times for different questions. They were well oriented to the surrounding area and very helpful. They were always friendly, cheerful and willing to assist. read more

They let us check in several hours early which really helped us out since it was raining.
Room key had to be re-done because it wouldn't work when returning that evening.
Overall our experience was great. The fresh baked cookies in the foyer and the fruit on the breakfast buffet was appreciated by my group (of 5). The elevator near the room was very convenient since we had a lot of stuff to load and unload. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool since it was raining outside. Our other room had a musty smell in it on entry but it was easily fixed with air freshener. read more
