Nice indoor swimming pool for the children.
The room was very dirty. It hadn't been cleaned recently multiple item under the bed.

The staff was nice at check in. The room was dirty. Two empty bottles under one bed. There was a old hamburger wrapper under the other bed.

Microwave and fridge in room.
The pool was out of order for a day during our stay, although nothing seemed wrong with it the night before. It was open until 10.

Convenient location, nice staff. Since the pool is an indoor pool and it was cold out, it was very crowded when it was open. It was closed one day of our stay, which was very disappointing. And the hot tub was nonoperational the whole time we were there. We had really been looking forward to that. We were very disappointed in the the pool and hot tub situation.

It was close to nice restaurants.
The bed was made poorly and staff was unfriendly!

I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again!

Computer access.
Employees all seemed angry.

Second day - no room service - went to front desk - they said I must have had the do not disturb sign on door - no - I did not! Asked for fresh towels and washrags - got a towel but said they had no washrags. Hairs on floor, in sink-what ever happened to hairnets for sanitary purposes? Will never go there again!

Very friendly staff with great amenities such as an idoor pool.
No full service on site. Entrance driveway dangerously located to a popular intersection.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Wireless internet was very accessible and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
