It was good to have free breakfast. There were lots of choice.
Nothing.
We enjoyed our stay and we can stay there again.

Location.
There was no elevator to the second floor. The room was not as clean as expected to be.
I arrived late and felt as if I was burdening the front desk person. He was put out with the fact of having to deal with my reservation. The lighting in the parking lot was on a timer which went off while I was attempting to take my belongings from the car to my room. It was very dark. I did not feel safe in this establishment. The hotel smelled of food as well as musty and moldy. The coffee maker in my room had not been cleaned from its previous use, and the towels appear to have been gently used. I will not stay at this establishment in the future. read more

I loved having a fridge and microwave in my room.
The area around the base of the bed was not clean; there was food on the floor.
Over all, the hotel was great; the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay!

Friendly, willing to help with problems.
Neither pool nor hot tub usable for most of the stay.
Lot of unoccupied rooms. Need more attention to breakfast area, food good but often out of stock, even though not much use. Staff very friendly and happy to help.

The location was great and the hotel stay and staff was overall great. The Breakfast selection was larger than I expected.
The beds were not the most comfortable but able to sleep ok.
The staff was great and they allowed us to check out later than we thought, without any problem. Thanks to the housekeeping. The breakfast selection was larger than anticipated. It was great also.

Great staff, great pool and whirlpool area.
Not much around the immediate area, restaurants.
Room was very clean and comfortable. I was there for five days and it was easy to make myself at home. Helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful pool and whirlpool area. Coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby plus coffee maker in the room.

The price was reasonable.
The expanded continental breakfast was non existent. There were bagels and muffins, cereal, juice, and coffee offered.
Hotel room smelled strongly of air freshener. Air was dry and hot in the room, but that is with all hotel rooms, understandably. Breakfast was a big disappointment. We were told they had an expanded continental breakfast and there was hardly any variety, and nothing hot except for bagels to put in the microwave, but for the coffee.

Matt was excellent in his position at the front desk.
The "continental breakfast" had much room for improvement.
Competent front desk personnel, along with clean rooms, made our stay comfortable. Hotel could use some updating, as our bathroom was in dire need of help (peeling wall paper, torn flooring, etc.).
