Desk clerk, Tracy, was outstanding personality, cheeriness, help and concern.
Day desk clerk (manager) was a total jerk in all aspects!
As stated day manager (?) was rude, lacked any personality, unhelpful. Room was moderately clean but it took most of the day to get room cleaned & it was not that busy.Breakfast was fair to good.

Nice comfortable beds.
Bathroom tub had a dished bottom.
It was a fairly nice place for an night or two. Beds were nice, TV was older. Bathroom was small but functional.

Rooms were cleaned and well stocked with towels.
The hallways of the hotel was smokey.
My family and I stayed there for my sons gradution. The rooms were nice and comfortable for the two nights we were there. There was a fridge in the room which was good and lots of towels.

It was close to the navy base and a dinner is next door. All day and night cop cars were in the 24 dinner.
Bathrooms were small, the front desk man seemed odd.

It was close to the Navy base and clean.
It looked a little older.
The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, they were helpful to those traveling to the Navy graduation.

The location near the Navy Training Command and relationship with the new Sailors.
My first room had a strong odour and the shower didn't work. Second room smelled fresh and shower pressure was great.
The breakfast staff were great. They made sure food was constantly available and that it was hot. The front desk staff were very helping giving accurate directions to attractions. They also had a sign in the lobby congratulating the Navy graduates.

My room was smoking and
I am a smoker.
Tile in bathroom was coming off, smelled and toilet was stained/chipped.
It was a good value, but it didn't feel very well cared for. There was hair on the toilet that was not my own.

Customers in hallways partying and being loud until 4am called staff nothing done threatened to call police got 2 hours sleep.
Horrible experience. Needed to wake at 6am and was up until 4:30am due to other guests making noise in hallways. Running down hallways and woke up to empty pizza boxes and snuffed out cigarette butts on floor in hallway. Got no sleep struggled in business meeting. Absolutely terrible day. Thanks a lot. Not!

It was located close to the naval training base where my son was graduating.The location could not have been better.
We could not check in until 2:00 pm. We arrived at 1:00 am that morning from a 12 hr drive.
The hotel room was pleasant as was the staff. We will definitly stay here again when we're in the area.
