Easy location to find and get to. Check in and out process quick and easy.
Seemed to be short-staffed. Pool was not open.

Great place to stay for families. Rooms were quite soundproof and this contributed to a peaceful sleep.

Spacious suite style room with fireplace.
Room decor was modest, check in was slow.

Good location with easy freeway access for heading into Banff. Large rooms, decent soaking (not lap) pool and an outdoor hot tub with views.

Room size, some of the food.
Needs updating, elevators barely worked.

The hotel is older and dated but clean. Some of the food is excellent and while I would have preferred the atmosphere of the Outpost, it was a little too dingy looking.

Railroad noise at night was disconcerting.

We would be pleased to stay here again.

Need more parking. Parking spot is also too narrow. Swimming pool is too small.
