Computers were down.

It was not located in an area I wanted to walk in, but was a short drive to everything. We had a car, so did not use their transportation. It was friendly, and we enjoyed our brief stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice.
It was extremely hot but the management took care of it.

Nice staff. The location was very convienent. The hotel needs a new or second elevator.

free breakfast buffet.
Saw several drunk people wandering through the parking lot.

Nice hotel, easy location. The free breakfast buffet was really great, the best I have come across in any hotel stay. One issue we had was some drunk people wandering through the parking lot. We made sure there weren't any valuables in the car and didn't have any problems though.

Location, great rooms, great breakfast, will stay again.

We stayed at the Anchorage Clarion twice in 2008, August & October. We stayed the 2nd time because we had such a good experience the first time. We have stayed at the Anchorage Millineum, Princess Cooper Landing, Princess Denali, Lands End, and as far as an Anchorage hotel we will stay at the Clarion next time. We usually come up every couple of years.

I liked the location. It was central to shopping mall.
Parking. There was no parking anywhere when I arrived at the hotel.

Pretty good place but very little parking. My room was not cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels.

The separate rooms where you can close the doors.
Too hot in rooms. Bathtub too small.

The hotel was really nice. I liked the pool because it was clean. For being on a busy road it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice and helpful.

Location is within walking distance of Downtown Anchorage.
Pool was not open! Elevator smelled like stale beer/vinegar.

Nice breakfast- hours should be later though like 7-10.

Needs more Vending Machines. One on every floor.

This hotel is in a great spot in Anchorage going to enjoy the night life. It has a great friendly staff.
