Friendly, and good location.
I just found lots of mold and the air quality in the room was not healthy and the rug, drapes and spread where in need of cleaning.

The hotel was beautiful but my room was not a very healthy because of the mold and the air quality was not very good in the room. Furthermore, the spread drapes, and rugs was in excellent need of cleaning. The wallpaper was coming off and not knows I would not recommend that hotel to anyone right now if all the room is like that. I was very disappointed.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Norfolk/Virgina Beach area. It was very clean, the location was convenient and the breakfast buffet was good.

It was in a good location.
It was dirty, the staff was poorly trained.

The room was dirty (hair in the bathroom). The beds were uncomfortable and not made well. The sheets kept coming undone. There was mold in the bathroom. The sink was cracked. The molding under the bathroom counter was falling down. The wallpaper was coming off the wall.

Convenient location, close to highway, airport and shopping.
Not scenic, breakfast ends to early, staff very friendly but not well trained.

The rooms were large and comfortable. We only spent one night so we didn't get to become familiar with all of the amenities. The hotel is very convenient to the airport, highway, shopping, and sites. However, if you're not family with the area you would never know it. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend at least a few days in the Tidewater area but I feel it's to expensive for an overnight stay. read more
