Great breakfast.
Very difficult to enter and exit parking lot during rush hours.

Convenient to Charlotte Beltway and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, great breakfast. I stayed in what I think they call a suite which means it has a small sitting area with a TV, sofa and desk separate from the sleeping area. The room included a small refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen type sink. The hotel is showing its age a little but still nice.

Heavy smoker smell on 3rd floor - half non-smoking rooms.

Everything was great except a wake-up call by the smoke alarm at 6:45am due to someone burning toast at the continental breakfast.

Tissues and toilet paper were very rough.

Excellent hotel for family visitors. Very convenient location (very close to I-485). Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was very attentive to our needs and very friendly.
