Room wasn't ready when I checked in; wireless network connection was VERY POOR.

Hotel was convenient to where I needed to be. Reasonably priced. Large room with kitchenette & living area. High speed Internet connection was very poor though and room wasn't what I would call ready when I checked in.

I thought the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was equiped with a full kitchen which was great because we didn't have to spend a lot of money eating out, we were able to cook right there. My husband and I were very happy to learn that they offered a free shuttle to the Steelers game. That saved us a lot of stress. The hotel room itself was clean and comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own pillows if you like to sleep with more than one. The pillows they had were kind of thin, but overall the hotel was fantastic. read more

Very clean, friendly staff, spacious room, hotel shuttle.
The rooms are not connected to the lobby.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable and the room was very spacious. It had a full kitchen, living room, full vanity, & 3 closets. It would be wonderful for someone on extended stay, or just in need of a get-a-way! Also, a very convenient perk-free shuttle service.

The location, comfort , breakfast and room size.

An excellent choice place to stay very roomy and clean rooms with full kitchens for extended or multiple night stays . No cramped room tripping over each other. I love this place and now is my favorite place in Pittsburgh to stay after traveling there for work and pleasure for the last 12 years I feel this so like my home away from home there. Convenient location near the Robinson mega shopping area ,airport and yet easy to reach downtown from. read more

1st floor rooms are fairly dark & could use more/better lighting.

Not in the city but close enough to be convenient. Nice accommodations.

Room was dirty, refrigerator's leg was broken, breakfast bar help was unfriendly.

Probably would stay at Comfort Inn next time.
