The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great.

We found the staff friendly and helpful we were traveling with 2 small children they found us whale watching tours family friendly and even ended up upgrading us to a 2 bdrm suite. I would recommend a stay here it's moderate but cozy!

We could leave our car at the hotel and walk to man;y attractions, making the shorter of parking at these locations not stressful.
The room was very dark.

Pleasant atmosphere, and very convenient location.

A lot, not very happy at all.

Very unhappy with my entire experience here. There seemed to be so many problems. First the room smelt rotten. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. And there was a $20 fee to use the kitchen. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

Quiet hotel with great views and location.
The concierge did not act like he wanted to help and did not ask.

From the moment we arrived until we left, our stay was very pleasant. The staff
was efficient, the premises clean, the restaurant food good.
