Front desk very kind.
No vent fan in restroom.
Happy with stay. No fan in shower caused the room to smell mildew at times. But that would go away eventually. Plenty of room and they upgraded me at no charge. Again, the staff was very kind! Warm in a way that made you step back in time in a historic environment.

The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful! Just wonderful!
The bed wasn't very comfortable.
This hotel is in an excellent location. We stayed here the night before our cruise left, and we were able to leave our car at the hotel instead of taking it to the pier. The hotel offered a free shuttle to the cruise. This service saved us money on parking and added great convenience. I would definitely recommend it for cruise travelers.

Parking expensive. No bell boy to help with bags.
This is a downtown hotel with quick access to the highway. Parking garage adjacent to hotel. Charge of $8 for parking. No bell boy to help with our bags. Toilet ran until we fixed it in the middle of the night by turning off the water. Bad odor coming form the A/C. I would not stay here again.

A great historic hotel, within walking distance of everything downtown.
Hotel restaurant staff and food was terrible, absolutely a negative factor.
I enjoyed very much our three nights at the Admiral. My room was a bit small as compared to modern hotel rooms but very nice and comfortable. The hotel and bar staff was very friendly and helpful. What a great place to stay in Mobile, added greatly to the historical experience and I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately my experience in the restaurant was not a good one, not just on one occasion but on two. Will absolutely not eat there again, food was terrible and over priced, had the same waitress both meals and she had the same bad unfriendly attitude on both occasions. Truly unprofessional and a real reason to not stay there again. read more

Very neat hotel nice, clean, and just classy.
The carpet could be cleaned it made my feet black I walked on towels but this is the only bad thing!
The hotel was hard to find in the dark but worth it! We where on our way home from Disney-World and this was half way for us. It was a nice surprise to walk into such a grand hotel. Very pretty and historical. Sleep number beds we all slept like babies! The food was outstanding and kid friendly they even made my son a cheese quesdlia that wasn't on the menu! The price was great and we loved the experience. read more

Location.
Parking fee.
Nice place to stay while visiting the area. A good location for a tourist, in walking distance to several historical sites. Located on parade route.
