Great location, overall great hotel for meeting basic needs.
Rooms and some common areas had an odd smell.
It is an older property, but has been recently renovated. Pizza and beer are very reasonably priced.

Location.
Nasty room.
The location was great. The room was horrible. I requested a quite corner room with 1 bed. I got the first room off the elevator. The room was nasty. Mold in the bathroom. Splatter on the wall around the sink. Both beds had stains on the bedspreads. There were even hairs on one of them. The sleep number beds must have been 20 years old. They were so uncomfortable. I kept changing my number all night. It sounded like an air mattress being blown up. The room was dark. I was there to take a test the next day. The testing services renting a large ballroom for the test and signs were posted along the walls outside quite, testing in progress. The hotel actually rented the room across the hall to a church. The were empty rooms every where. Why they couldn't move I don't know. During the test we could hear the singing and the amps were actually vibrating our tables. I think that was very poor judgments on the hotels behalf. read more

Good location.
Security - car was broken into. Need to pay better attention.
All in all the hotel was great. Security needs to be beefed up.

Good location for me.
Tried exiting via stairwell but could not get out on first without using the alarmed fire exit.
They have done a wonderful job maintaining what would now be called a vintage hotel/conference center. The decor appears to have been kept the same as when it was built but it looked new and fresh.

The location of the hotel is very good.
The sleep number beds were uncomfortable and didn't work right.
This hotel was very nice and in a very good location. The staff was helpful and the online check-in was a breeze. Two downsides: the TV/Cable quit working for about 2 hours; and the sleep number beds, though adjustable, were uncomfortable.
