The room was wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Love the pillows!
The alarm clock didn't work, couldn't call the front desk, shower curtain wouldn't close
and
shower head leaked.

This was a wonderful hotel with a few cosmetic repairs like shower head leaked, shower curtain wouldn't stay close while showering so the floor got soaked, alarm clock didn't work and couldn't call the front desk.

The bed was comfortable.
The staff was not friendly, the room had a heavy smell of smoke, and I didn't get my wake up call.

The staff was not friendly upon arrival. When I arrived at my room and discovered that it smelled of smoke. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and the elevator floor was dirty.

The size of the room was great.
There was no fan in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Akron, OH area.

smoky smelling floor(forgot to request nonsmoking room) didn't know entire floor would smell smoky and smell in room never abated..

Great location, loved swimming pool, sauna, hot tub facilities.

Convenient to where I needed to attend all day meetings.
Smelled smokey and could hear the neighbor's phone conversation at night and early morning.

Good, safe location for women travelers.

The location was close to eatery and shopping centers.
Didn't have a nice restaurant and the sheets looked as if they were not changed in the one bed.
