The room had a patio door leading to the courtyard.

King bed made up for short people! had to remake bed each night so that covers would keep me warm.

Location with all the restaurants stores and easy access to main highway.
The bar and restaurant was not open Sunday for meals or football game.

The sleep number beds were terrible and the draining in the bathtub was very slow. I wouldn't stay at that hotel but I would stay at another Radisson.

The room was wonderful. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Love the pillows!
The alarm clock didn't work, couldn't call the front desk, shower curtain wouldn't close
and
shower head leaked.

This was a wonderful hotel with a few cosmetic repairs like shower head leaked, shower curtain wouldn't stay close while showering so the floor got soaked, alarm clock didn't work and couldn't call the front desk.

The bed was comfortable.
The staff was not friendly, the room had a heavy smell of smoke, and I didn't get my wake up call.

The staff was not friendly upon arrival. When I arrived at my room and discovered that it smelled of smoke. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and the elevator floor was dirty.

The size of the room was great.
There was no fan in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Akron, OH area.

smoky smelling floor(forgot to request nonsmoking room) didn't know entire floor would smell smoky and smell in room never abated..

Great location, loved swimming pool, sauna, hot tub facilities.
