Professional staff, lovely rooms, must have private transportation if visiting other venues.

We were put in a hotel room with a water leak even though the hotel already knew that room had issues. I found this unacceptable.

Overall very good place.

This property was OK. It is not in a very good location and little attractions around it. It is an older hotel yet the lobby and waterfall are impressive. The handrails show wear that has not been attended to - otherwise it was alright.

Pleasant and quiet hotel with a nice lobby and bar area. I was very disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room although the room was large and could accommodate it.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The beds have Sleep number mattresses, which were appreciated. No real signs of wear and tear, except that the bathroom toilet and basin were both cracked, however this was not an inconvenience. The public areas were appealing, but with somewhat inconvenient access, however there was only one public elevator, out of three, operating consistently during peak times and we were sent to use the freight elevator, down past the kitchen. USA Today newspaper at the door, first thing in the morning, was very welcome. Some meeting rooms were difficult to find with poor directions, but the rooms were certainly adequate and well air conditioned. read more

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and polite. The waterfall in the atrium was a great touch. The room was very clean and the sleep number bed was very comfortable.
