The room & bathroom were big.
Had hot water problems, outdated.

The hotel was OK. We didn't have any hot water. Also, the room and stuff in the room was really outdated, and needs to be updated. I would say it is a 2 star and not a 3 star.

Location; free parking in downtown Fresno.
Do not like sleep number beds; lousy shower heads.

The hotel has Sleep Number beds as well.

Did not like the sleep by numbers bed.

Overall this is a great Hotel, I was not crazy about the sleep by numbers bed, never had slept on one, and I am not a fan. The TV in the room needs to be upgraded, and old box TV. No refrigerator in room either. THe sheets are very nice and clean.

The hotel was very clean and very relaxing.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and polite. The waterfall in the atrium was a great touch. The room was very clean and the sleep number bed was very comfortable.
