The hotel itself was more than I expected, everything was great.
I liked everything.

The Hotel was right across the street from my destination for the weekend, to my surprise.

The sleep number bed.
Rooms need a update.

Rooms need a real up date it was like a motel 6 old TV set the sleep number bed was awesome. Pool area needs a full update feels real old and dirty the bar was cool very nice front desk needs a new staff.

No fridge/microwave.

Pleasant and quiet hotel with a nice lobby and bar area. I was very disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room although the room was large and could accommodate it.

I loved the sleep number bed. The pool area was very clean and the sauna and shower by the pool were what I would rate as 4-star luxury.

Noisy guests on balcony adjacent to open air lobby security no where to be found.

Great room and hotel, close to adjacent freeway without the noise, wonderful bed, nice clean room. The guest in the adjacent room were very loud having a party outside their room that over looked a huge open air lobby and the reception desk at 2:54AM that went on for 40 minutes without being detected by security.

Loved the look and comfort. Front staff was fabulous.
Waiters and restaurant had problems with allergy.

I was treated to a very pleasant stay at this most beautiful hotel. We where treated with such kindness and respect that I would love to go again any time and anywhere, thank you.

It was nice to avoid paying so much for a hotel room that did not strike me as being a lovely room at some "Fleebag Inn". I got what I deserved.
A little annoyance with a pan-handler outside.

I checked in with the front desk, and I submitted my confirmation number which was earlier received through the internet, and this made it all the faster for me to receive my card-key. I am also thankful that there was the breakfast buffet court built right in the hotel, where I allowed myself one morning to spoil myself rotten. Excellent room service, the bed was always made and the coffee packets were always kept in stock, as well as toiletries. read more
