Very nice, friendly staff, and clean.
A little noisy with people up late and bar in center court yard.

Very nice hotel. The staff was great. Everything was clean and new looking. Only down side was the bar in the center court yard had a lot of noise late at night. The noise was muffled pretty good on the side of the room where slept so it wasn't bad. Also no microwave or refrigerator in room which is nice to have. Overall we loved it and would go back there again.

Loved waterfall and interior design; got to try out Sleep Number bed.
Pool is nice, but stark in decoration. It was clear and well kept.

Nice hotel, pretty decor on inside, conveniently located. Very nice upscale linens.

The hotel had a nice pool for the kids to enjoy.
The hotel was in a less-than-desirable location.

The hotel was old. The rooms were small, the TV was small, there were many signs of wear in the room. But the rooms did have sleep number beds and good room service. We were not familiar with the surrounding and would not stay in that particular location again.

Swimming pool out of service.

This hotel is not in a very good area of town and is far away from everything. Also the swimming pool was out of service when we were there so our kids were very disappointed. But the rooms were comfortable and clean.

It is one of the few hotels in Fresno where I feel safe.
Carpet and water fountain in main lobby area need cleaning.

We've had bad experiences while staying elsewhere in Fresno in other years (car was broken into, all belongings stolen). I especially like the fact that the parking lot is guarded all night. The fountain in the lobby is beautiful from a distance, but up close it needs cleaning badly as does the carpet. But all in all a nice place to stay for the price.
