smoke free.
Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, suprising for a hotel of this class.

Hotel was clean and smoke free. Right across the street from the New Casino. $10 taxi to Clifton Hill, or a 20 minutes walk. There is a supposed to be a shuttle to Clifton Hill but we couldn't find it. Parking is a real pain as it is not on site, so you have to ask for your car to bring from another lot about 5 minutes away. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and felt worn out; as a result I and the other people in my party had a hard time sleeping. read more

The staff.
Pool was freezing, beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was close to the falls but far from attractions. The beds were old and lumpy and the heated pool was cold and the hot tub section was freezing! They didn't offer any coffee or snacks for breakfast. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was awesome! They went above and beyond.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location, within walking distance of main attractions. The staff was very helpful and kind!

Good location.
Wanted to place in smoking room/non smoking requested.

Not bad for the money, however extra charges for parking ($20 per night) and to have a non-smoking room.
