This is a really nice hotel - the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with large TV, desk, easy chairs, very large and comfortable bed, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Apart from charging for internet use in the room, this is really perfect.

Wonderful location.
The room decor was a bit depressing and the bathroom was far from the sleeping area.

The overall package was very enjoyable. The first impression of the hotel was not as favorable, however on later reflection the hotel stay became ideal.

Close to Darling Habour.
Dirty also had an electrical fire at the time we stayed.

Unsafe there was a fire in the hotel at the time we stayed (8 to 11 of July 2007)the problem was with bad wiring in an air conditioning on the 8th floor (how many other air conditioning units could be bad in the hotel?). We were not given enough information from Management about the situation which could have been costly. In fact we chose not to stay at the Radisson Hotel And Suites on our return home due to this safety concern and we went to the Crowne Plaza down the street, it is in the same location, (even closer to Darling Harbor in fact). It is cleaner and had much better service and their was no fires while we were there). read more
