I really enjoyed the sleep number bed. The room was large but very cozy.
I would've preferred to stay at a hotel that offered complementary breakfast and free access to the internet.
The hotel was older but very well kept. The room I stayed was like loft style with an over sized bed. It was super comfortable. The furnishings were very nice. The staff was very friendly helpful with directions.

For the price the hotel was OK.
A bottled water for $2.75 is just nutes.

They sent someone immediately to check flooding and change my room.
New room TV did not work.
This hotel needs more staff and possibly conferences in order to maintain facilities.

Location and security.
Attitude of Female Front Desk Staff.
The hotel is great for the most part. It has a beautiful feel to it with it's park-like setting, and attractive lobby area. The attitude of the Female front desk staff is poor. They need additional customer service training. The men at the desk, seem to have good CS Skills. The elevators are very slow. The heat in the rooms does not work until the outside air temperature reaches 50*F or below. Additional blankets may be required. Free garage parking is a plus. read more

The way the hotel was next to shops, spas and other things of interest.
The windows wouldn't close completely and the food services was poor.
The hotel was nice but not worth 3 stars. The rooms were cold and no heat unless it's 50 degrees or below (we are from Ohio so we like it warm a bit). We booked 3 rooms for 2 days. We had breakfast and dinner (we were a party of 12) and both times the service was poor. It took over an hour to be served both times and it wasn't many people in the lounge. I don't mind paying the 18% but, you have to give good service. We had to keep asking for more drinks, bread and the cook forgot to cook one of the dishes. read more
