$20 to park.

There are hidden charges. This time for valet-only parking. No option to self park. At least we didn't get hit up for the resort charge or whatever that.

Hotel staff was amazing.
Bathroom tub was not the most appealing.

Hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. Everyone is friendly and provide quality service. The pool is decent.

Transportation from airport.

Had to walk from terminal seven both times because the transportation from the airport was full and they would skip the stop at terminal seven.

Located very near our destination/easily accessible from freeway.
Only valet parking available.

Nice hotel, easily accessible, however, the firmness select mattress did not function properly and the cold water valve in the shower didn't work.

Pleasant staff, comfortable bed, and although I was across the street from LAX, the windows were sound proof.
There was no on site self parking and valet parking was $20.

The concierge was always available and helpful.
The front desk often did not answer the phone, or placed me on hold.

I was very impressed overall with the hotel. There were a few problems: the television cable did not work very well and had very limited channel selection, and the front desk/valet parking had a habit of not answering the phone. But the room was comfortable and attractive and had Sleep Number beds, which were nice, although one of the beds seemed to have a slight electric malfunction. It was always spotlessly clean whenever we returned in the evenings. The hotel was close to every shop and restaurant that we needed, and directly across from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. read more
