Great location for activities in Northern Indiana.
Our room wasn't well soundproofed - could hear guest's conversations in next room.
The only thing bad about this hotel is that they are associated with a concert venue across the street they even have an elevated walkway from the venue. The concerts get over at 11:00 pm or so and loud post-concert groups walk through the halls going to their rooms they sell combined concert + room packages. This happened to us two of the three nights we were there. I really liked the hotel, but in the future I would check the concert schedule before reserving a room. read more

Lots of amenities and nice spacious room.
Initial cleaning was a bit spotty.
Good hotel out in suburban Indiana. Nice pool and gym. Spacious and well-appointed room. Didn't get a full complement of soap and towels until our second night.

Hot breakfast was not provided as says Residence Inn or Courtyard, etc.
Very nice. Would be nicer if a microwave was made available at no cost.

Suite was nice.
It was not the Radisson.
The only good thing about the Residence Inn was the two bedroom suite. The Radisson pool was the primary reason we wanted to stay there.

Lobby area.
From the moment I entered the lobby with the swimming pool and tropical theme, I was impressed. It reminded me of a recent trip to Hawaii. The staff was very courteous. The room was larger than comparable hotels I have stayed in. Very nice.

Bed were great.
Loud nightclub area near front desk, and dirty halls
The beds were great, nice bathrooms. Cleanliness was suspect. There was hair on the comforter. The halls were very dirty. Loud swearing, obnoxious drinking/smoking people from the bar spilled into the a public areas.

The location was fine.
There was a sliding door with an unstable lock to a second floor exterior balcony. It felt very unsafe.
There was not much hotel staff. The few there were passably nice, and nothing extraordinary. The big problem was a very insecure sliding glass door from the room to an external area by the swimming pool. I couldn't sleep after realizing that the lock would not hold if anyone jiggled the door. The room service menu was terrible - nothing vegetarian, nothing light, and nothing particularly healthy. The hotel was huge. I just wanted to eat and rest. I barely ate. I didn't sleep. read more

Lobby area.
Hallways and staff.
Very frustrating. The Internet went down the first day of our stay. I was there on business and needed Internet use. The business center had an Internet that was working but only one computer. I went to the front desk 3 times so they knew it was urgent. It would have been nice to at least offer us dinner or something. We only had cold water for showers. The hallways were very outdated. read more
