Location.
The walls were so thin that we could hear the person in the next room snoring and we were unable to sleep.

Clean upscale rooms.
Well maintained hotel, good location in the heart of Downtown Bismarck. It is a quick drive to most anything you may need dining, business, shopping, both hospitals, etc.

Location
Did not meet expections of a 3 star hotel.
After staying in the Hampton in north Bismarck, I was sorely disappointed with the Radisson. The location was better for my needs, but that is where the advantage ends. The sleep number bed did not work (it seemed more a novelty to me anyway), the window was missing a curtain (though we were on the 6th floor facing a building with no windows), and the door handle just about fell off the closet. It has an older feel - which is fine - as long as you try to maintain. I despised the parking ramp. While it provided off-street parking, I drive a large SUV and worried about navigating the tight concrete pathways. Overall, this Radisson has a classical aesthetic. But you can do better for the money - if you don't mind sacrificing location. A little extra $ will get you newer and better. read more

Very nice rooms and facilities.
I rated the hotel staff low since others on our floor were very noisy (partying to 3am) and the staff was unable to control this at all.

The concierge was very helpful
The closet door was was about to fall off
It was a pleasant, business type, metropolitan hotel with meeting rooms, and a bar, restaurant on the first floor. The exercise room could have been better equipped and roomier. Parking was convenient. The rooms had Sleep Number beds which was a nice touch.

Clean, comfortable rooms though a little small. The beds are not terrible, but it does not have the sleep number mattresses.
