Business center was small and only had 1 working computer.

This room has good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Each room has its own balcony which is extremely nice. Since all the hotels of this quality or higher in the area are non smoking, the private balcony is an extreme plus for smokers.

Lovely room, great view and great location.
Nothing I didn't like.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The location was great for getting all around Boston even on public transportation!
