Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Safe and convenient.
Need updated televisions and premium movie channels. Need in-room refrigerator.

Met my expectations. Price was attractive and competitive. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel. Would stay here in the future if in the area.

I like the select comfort bed.
The smoke smell in the room was horrible.

This hotel could really be so much nicer if it had newer looking bedding and had a pleasant clean smell to the room. The appearance of the bed controls was questionable too.

Good location, an average stay, I prefer clean rooms and sparkle bath rooms, this hotel is a little old.

I loved the beds, and the convenience of the location.
Larger rooms.

It was located close to shopping, fun things to do, dining spots, and Branson shows. The room was clean, and the beds were awesome. I would recommend this hotel and Priceline to others.

The staff changed our room from 2 beds to a king without difficulty. Pleasant staff and the accommodations were very nice.
