The hotel placed us in a room in a building that had no one else in it. The parking lot was empty with no lighting. There was no fence around.
We checked the room out before we left. The room was clean. The beds were so old you could feel the springs in the mattress

Had wireless service.
No issues.
Very nice, and nicely located for what I was in Garland for. Maybe a microwave in the rooms could be nice. Overall great experience.

It was clean.
The beds were very small and very hard. The staff was not able to help us find eating places. They told us wrong directions.
It was okay and was fine for the price. It was more on the level of a Super 8 and really I have stayed in Super 8's that were nicer than it was. My husband and I have traveled a lot and stayed in much nicer hotels.

Friendly, nice lobby.
Poor soundproofing, old hotel with cosmetic makeover.
This is an old Holiday Inn or something with a cosmetic makeover. Poor soundproofing makes you intimate with neighbors in 3 directions.

Vending machines empty.
Was satisfied with overall stay, quality hotel rooms, excellant clean and quite. Arrived at midnight had some trouble locating because sign was not working.

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was an abundance of towels.
I have no complaints.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was certainly better than moderate and worth the money.
